Refund Policy

Full refund policy. Please note, due to the nature of our business, we cannot do exchanges. Also, please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. You must return your product or products for full or partial refund.


The Etyouth Store's policy lasts 45 days from the day your purchase is delivered to the shipping address you had provided during checkout. You will receive a full refund minus sales tax and shipping costs. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. You may be entitled to a partial refund up until 60 days from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exceptions are for clothing items that have been tried on and does not fit. It should be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged, you may use other packaging as long as you include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return it to The Etyouth Store, 93 Kellogg Street, Battle Creek, MI, 49037, USA.

If you return a purchase, we will refund up to $5.00 for any shipping costs that may occur.

If your purchase takes longer than 6 weeks for delivery, we will refund your money (except for sales tax) in its entirety, even if the purchase arrives after 6 weeks. Then you may keep your purchase if you wish or return it to The Etyouth Store.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Books with obvious signs of use.
2, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or our suppliers' error.
4. Any item that is returned more than 45 days but less than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Due to the nature of our online business, we are unable to perform exchanges.

If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
